Amy grew up spending summers on Nantucket, visiting from her home in South Dakota. Henry grew up on the island himself, and his family started vacationing here in the 1920s. A few years ago, Amy found herself working for Henry’s dad at Great Point Properties, alongside Henry with whom she immediately had a crush on. Fast forward to a romantic trip to Brazil where Henry proposed with a ring of beachgrass, and Amy said yes.
This Saturday, the couple wed at one of his family’s cottages on the Nantucket harbor. You couldn’t beat the view of town and the Steamship dock. One of a kind! The fog lifted right before the ceremony, coloring the sky in a deep blue to make all the colors of the ceremony just pop. Nothing could outshine Amy and Henry‘s big smiles though, as they kissed and were officially announced husband and wife.
