Chrissy and Mikey have been long time friends and have been in the same friend group for years. Going to the same schools they only really started consistently hanging out together with friends in 2012. Mikey always had a crush on Chrissy and it took him years to ask her out! Chrissy was never sure how dating a friend would turn out, but after their “first date” in 2016 they never stopped hanging out since. He says he likes to play the long game but he’s always loved Chrissy and she is the only thing he’s ever been sure of in his life.
Fast forward to 2019 Chrissy and Mike were wed at St Mary’s Church on Nantucket and their reception was at Nantucket Golf Club. We were certain that Hurricane Dorian would wash us out but the skies cleared, the wind dropped and Chrissy’s wedding dreams came true.
