Though Amanda & Dave had initially planned a big wedding at the Wauwinet this past June, like most couples in the first half of 2020, their original plans were canceled. After postponing to the end of September, downsizing their guest list because of the State’s restrictions, and also changing their venue to accommodate a smaller wedding, they were really just ready to get married and be surrounded by the people they care about so much.
After their wedding ceremony at St Mary’s Church, we took the couple to a few favorite locations for portraits with their wedding party, on the most gorgeous day. With creativity and imagination, Handy & Dallaire Events transformed the back garden at the Chanticleer in Sconset into a magical reception area for Amanda and Dave’s guests to have dinner. We’ve never seen the space look so amazing!
We’re incredibly grateful for amazing clients like Amanda & Dave who postponed instead of canceled, and who kept their chins up during this difficult season. xo
