Brittany & Michael were married at St. Mary’s Church with their reception following at the Nantucket Yacht Club.

Brittany grew up summering on Nantucket with her family in Wauwinet and Great Point. The night Michael proposed, the couple had dinner at one of the finest Chicago restaurants, the Girl and the Goat. Afterwards, they took a romantic stroll along the lakefront. When they arrived back at their apartment, Brittany opened the door to find candles lit everywhere, her favorites songs playing, and a slideshow their photos together. Appropriately, candles lit their Nantucket Yacht Club wedding reception as well.

It was a perfectly warm, bright, blue sky day, though this June has been a really mild one. Lucky for us, and the five weddings we had last weekend, summer finally feels like it’s around the corner!
