I photographed with film during my first 9 years in business, and a few prior while learning in school. I worked in darkrooms and labs, and simply LOVED the feel, the smell, the rawness of it. I reluctantly switched to 100% digital for work around 2006, only photographing with film for my own personal work, taking any one of my dozens of film cameras with me on vacations or walks around the island.

In recent years, with trends moving back to film, I've again been reluctant, but this time to switch back to film. While I won't go 100% film again, ask me why sometime!, I absolutely love that clients are seeing the value in this medium and I'm so happy to be offering it as an add on to my wedding coverage.

I strongly believe in the printed final product, especially when it comes to film photography, therefore, you will receive a selection of artist curated, 5x7 hand-torn, bordered prints in an heirloom clamshell linen box, with a gold Nantucket stamp on the cover, with your film photography collection.
