Kate & Chris were married at St. Mary’s Church with a reception following at the White Elephant Hotel. Nantucket has become Kate’s happy place, and since the Boston couple is moving to LA soon, they decided to celebrate their new life here on island before heading out west.
We took Kate and Chris around town and Brant Point for some portraits after the full mass ceremony, and then out to Madaket to take full advantage of the gorgeous day.
Kate’s adorable nieces and flower girls, Madeline and Emma, stole the show dancing to DJ Mouse. In true Nantucket fashion, the harbor fogged up in the evening, making the day all the more magical. And for a little luck, it started to rain just as the party sent the newly married couple off through sparklers into the night. Perfect timing!
