Alexandra & John were married at the First Congregational Church with their reception following at Westmoor Farm. The couple met at a party in NYC nearly 2 years ago. During a date in DC, Alex slipped a donut on John’s finger and asked him to be her boyfriend. They fell in love soon thereafter, and John popped the BIG question over the winter in Brooklyn.

Alex grew up coming to the island, and her family owns the Westmoor Farm estate. Alex and her bridesmaids got ready at a friend of the family’s home on Cliff Rd before heading off to the church in town. Meanwhile, John and his groomsmen prepped for the day at Westmoor Club. The wedding ceremony was officiated by Reverend Gary Klingsporn, who led the wedding guests in signing one of Alex’s family’s favorite songs, The Rainbow Connection.

Westmoor Farm will always be a special place for us, since we were also married there over 8 years ago. It was really lovely sharing the celebration and documenting this day for Alex and John and their lovely families.
