Megan and James got engaged in the summer of 2020 in Asheville, NC.  Every summer they take a trip to Cape Cod with his parents in July.  James was planning on popping the question on Nantucket that week, but due to the pandemic they were not able to make it…

The couple is from Florida and had discussed a destination wedding on Nantucket or Cape Cod but with everything going on it started to get a little complicated. They decided to get married in Fort Lauderdale, FL to be closer to our friends and family on January 15, 2022.

During a trip to Cape Cod, Megan and James took a hop over to Nantucket to have their engagement session in the location he originally planned to ask her to marry him!
