Lee & Chris were married at the First Congregational Church with a reception following at the Nantucket Yacht Club. Lee and her bridesmaids got ready in a beautiful suite at the Nantucket Hotel, while Chris and his groomsmen played cornhole at a private home on Union St. It was a perfect, blue sky day on Nantucket. The kind of weather we’ve been waiting all season for!
Lee gifted the groomsmen belts that were hand needlepointed by Lee, Chris’ mom and Lee’s aunts. Their cake topper was Lee’s grandmother and grandfather’s cake topper and her parents used it as well at their wedding. The cake knife was also Lee’s great grandmother’s.
Their Nantucket Yacht Club reception was one of the most fun parties we’ve seen, topped off by Chris’s grandfather serenading the crowd with Young at Heart. The guests danced to The Sultans and got goofy in the StudioBooth, as they all sent well wishes to the newly married couple.
